- Founding Member benefits are real commitments we intend to honour — read clause 04 for exactly what they cover
- Patna is still being built; features and launch dates can shift, and we will tell you when they do
- Innovators Fund eligibility is not a guarantee of funding — it is eligibility to apply
- You can leave at any time and we will delete your record
Terms of use for the Patna waitlist
These terms apply to joinpatna.com and to the Patna waitlist, operated by Tufulu Technologies from Lagos, Nigeria. By joining the waitlist you agree to them. If you do not, simply don’t sign up — nothing is lost.
What Patna is right now
Patna is a platform under active development. What exists today is a waitlist: a way to register your interest, reserve Founding Member status, and follow the build.
The full platform — partner discovery, Trust Scores, the partnership CRM, the opportunity board — is not yet live. Everything described on this website is what we are building, not what you can use today.
Joining the waitlist
The waitlist is open to registered businesses and the people who run them. By signing up you confirm that:
- The information you give is accurate and belongs to you or your business
- You are authorised to register the business you are signing up
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are not signing up multiple times to game referrals or Founding Member benefits
What it costs
Joining the waitlist is free. There is no card, no trial, and no charge at signup.
When the platform launches, some features may be paid. Nobody is ever charged without clearly agreeing to it first, and Founding Member pricing commitments will be honoured as described at the time you joined.
Founding Member status
Founding Member status is a genuine commitment, and we intend to honour every part of it. For clarity, it covers:
- A permanent Founding Member badge on your Patna profile at launch
- Early access before the platform opens to the general public
- The Visionary Package at no charge for 12 months after launch
- Priority access to new features as they ship
- First-cohort eligibility review for the Innovators Fund
- A direct line to the founding team for feedback
What Founding Member status is not
It is not a contract for services, a shareholding, a job offer, or a financial product. It confers no ownership in Patna.
It also does not guarantee a launch date. We are building deliberately, and the timeline may move. What we commit to is telling you honestly when it does.
The Innovators Fund
The Innovators Fund is a planned capital programme, not a live facility. Nothing on this website is an offer of finance.
Meeting the published criteria makes you eligible to apply. It does not entitle you to funding. Every application is reviewed on its merits, decisions are made by the Fund committee, and funding is subject to availability and separate written agreements.
Patna Perks
Perks are discounts negotiated with third-party vendors. The vendor sets and controls their own product, pricing and terms.
Deals can change or end if a vendor changes their offer. We will replace what we can, but we cannot guarantee any individual perk indefinitely. Using a perk also means accepting that vendor’s own terms.
Referrals
You may share your referral link freely with businesses that would genuinely benefit from Patna.
You may not spam it, buy signups, create fake accounts, or misrepresent Patna to win referrals. We may remove referral credit, and in serious cases remove the account, where we find abuse.
Acceptable use
When using this website or the platform, you agree not to:
- Attempt to break, probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Scrape, harvest or resell business information from Patna
- Impersonate another business or person
- Upload anything unlawful, misleading or harmful
- Use Patna to defraud, harass or mislead other members
Intellectual property
The Patna name, logo, website design, copy and platform are owned by Patna. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
What you upload stays yours. By putting your business information on Patna, you give us permission to display and process it for the purpose of running the platform — nothing more.
What we don't promise
The website and waitlist are provided as they are. We work hard to keep everything accurate and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, zero errors, or that any described feature will ship exactly as written.
Nothing on this website is legal, financial, or investment advice.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Patna is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data — arising from your use of this website or the waitlist.
This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
Leaving
You can leave at any time. Unsubscribe from any email or write to hello@joinpatna.com and we will remove your record.
We may remove an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why when we do.
Changes and governing law
These terms will be updated as Patna moves from waitlist to live platform. Material changes are announced to waitlist members by email, and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes fall to the Nigerian courts.
